Hi, I'm Cheryl..

I have been teaching various forms of exercise and relaxation techniques for 33 years and I love it.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, whether you are overweight or recovering from injuries or illness, my classes are for you.

I am a professional but keep things light hearted and fun.

All abilities, ages and fitness levels welcome. I give adaptions to everything so that we can all work out together and at our own level. The atmosphere in my classes are always friendly and welcoming. People always say that they don't feel like they have to rely on freinds to attend with them that they can attend alone and feel fine and comfortable. This has always been my goal.

Timetable Of Classes

Classes are for all fitness levels & abilities from age 14. I am passionate about not only our physical health but also our mental health, so all my classes include relaxing breathing techniques, mindfulness and positive affirmations which help with anxiety, low mood , low self esteem and confidence.

Social distancing & all government COVID rules & guidelines are in place. Your safety is my priority.

Timetable....All weekday classes are pay as you attend. Booking essential, book by text. 24 hour cancellation policy.

About Cheryl

  • Fully qualified & insured fitness instructor and member of the fitness professionals for 33 years.
  • Provide full fitness classes to help anyone wanting to lose weight tone up and get fit.
  • My classes are also very social. Everyone is friendly and open for a chat.
  • I pride myself in making everyone feel welcome and that the emphasis is on fun.

  • Weekday classes, you pay as you attend. You book the first time then You don't have to book, if you find a class you enjoy and you wish to come regularly then I book you down each time. I just ask you to text me when you can't attend.

Mash Up

"Mash Up" - Involves all different types of sessions retro fit, cardio fit and hit. Great fun!

Retro-fit

Simple cardio exercise to fun uplifting music... followed by.... & includes pilates exercise... stretching to improve flexibity......

Combat-bfit & Tone

From age 12 with a parent or guardian.

  • All fitness levels, easier and harder options given.
  • A fun class including cardio and toning to burn calories, fat & to tone up and get strong.
  • The class is based on simple martial arts ' boxing moves and exercises
  • A great stress buster and includes resistance training; bands, balls, weights, rings etc....a great family class.

Yoga-Retreat & Selfcare

  • A total mind & body health class.
  • A more in depth Yoga practice with regards including the teachings of the ancient philosophies, such as Pantangalis 8 Limbs ( paths) of Yoga ( a way of being/Living physically and mentally ) to achieve happiness.
  • I use my Fitness, health, nutrition and counselling knowledge and experience to cover topics like weight loss, muscle tone & strength, healthy eating , peri-menopause & menopause, headaches and migraines, problems with knees, hips, backs, digestive problems, Chakra's, Chrystals, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood/ depression, self esteem & confidence, etc... we also include specialist classes & some guest speakers/demonstartions eg, a family classes, bring your teen or bring your baby class, Men's health, Hypnotherapy, colour therapy , Essentials oils, reflexology, massage, and homeopathic treatments....Etc.
  • Each class will include Yoga postures , breathing techniques, meditations & relaxation.
  • My aim is that you gradually build up a bigger understanding of Yoga and self care and that you gain a helpful "tool" kit to guide you through this, often challenging, life.
  • Although many of these topics are very deep I aim to deliver them in a light hearted and simple way. Namaste (peace be with you).

Personal Training

if you prefer personal training:-

  • Personal - I offer a personal training service for all needs and abilities at my studio room in High Melton Doncaster.
  • Consultation - I do an initial consultation and fitness assessment.
  • Plan - So whether you need to lose weight, tone up, get fit, get flexible, de-stress relax and meditate I can design you a plan.
  • Sessions - You can come for a session on a regular basis, occasionally or just one session.
  • Motivation - Will help you get motivated and see the benefits.
  • Prices start from £30 a session.

One To One or Small Group Workshops

  • Mindfulness, Relaxation or Meditation available.
  • Available as a One to One or Small Groups
  • Helps with Stress & Anxiety.
